Dr. Wolfgang Klien, Partner

Wolfgang Klien graduated from the University of St. Gallen with a master's degree in business administration and subsequently earned his doctorate from the Vienna University of Economics and Business.

He began his professional career in 1994 in management consulting, where he specialised in private banking and asset management. From year 2000, he headed strategic projects and later department for banking products and services at a renowned Swiss private bank.

In parallel he expanded his expertise by completing an MBA in International Wealth Management at the University of Geneva and an Executive MBA at Carnegie Mellon University.

Over the next ten years, he gained valuable experience as a senior client advisor in asset management and later as a relationship manager at a leading Swiss private bank. In 2017, he moved to a major asset manager and family office, where he further developed his client book and established the Zurich branch.

At the end of 2022, he founded Trigon, a multi-family office which focuses on the needs of private clients, their families and structures.

Alain Held, Partner

Alain Held began his career in technology consulting for Accenture in 1994 and in management consulting with The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in Zurich, Switzerland. While at BCG, he advised multi-nationals in financial services across Europe and North America. He contributed largely to the establishment of the Wealth Management practice within the firm.

In 2006, as a Senior Project Manager, Alain left BCG to join Deutsche Bank as a Senior Executive and Head of Sales Management PWM. Shortly thereafter, he became the Head of Central and Eastern Europe PWM at Deutsche Bank (Suisse). In 2009, he joined Pictet Bank in Zurich where he headed the CEE/CIS team Zurich and built up an entire team from scratch. In 2020 he joined 1875 FINANCE, a Geneva headquartered asset-management company where he continued to serve his clients. In 2025 he joined the multi-family office Trigon as a Partner.

Alain Held holds a MSc degree in Computer Engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich and an MBA from the Ross School of Business at Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA.

Eleonora Muratova

Eleonora Muratova holds master’s degrees from the Siberian-American School of Management in Irkutsk and the University of St. Gallen. She began her career in 2008 as an Investment Manager at Deutsche Bank in Zurich, where she worked closely with Alain Held.

In 2009, they both joined Pictet in Zurich, where Eleonora was responsible for managing long-term relationships with private clients across several European countries.

In 2020, Eleonora joined 1875 Finance SA in Zurich, continuing to advise her clients while further expanding a trusted network of professional service providers.

In 2025, she became a member of the Trigon Family Office team, where she continues to advise clients – many of whom she has supported for many years.

Fabian Schurter

Fabian Schurter began his professional career as portfolio manager for Credit Suisse. After broadening his expertise in buy-side equity research, he specialised in managing multi-asset class discretionary mandates.

In 2022, he joined Geneva-based independent asset manager 1875 Finance, a renowned multi-family office in Switzerland, in a double function as portfolio manager and investment advisor. In this role, he was the primary point of contact in the investment office at 1875’s Zurich branch.

In August 2025, he joined Trigon as Senior Investment Manager in order to expand its mandate business.

Fabian Schurter holds an M.A. in Banking and Finance from the University of St. Gallen and is a CFA charterholder.

Roman Walker

Roman Walker has more than 15 years of experience in private wealth management. He studied in Heidelberg, Germany, before beginning his professional career in 2008 in Zurich as part of the UBS Graduate Training Program, where he completed rotations in Active Portfolio Advisory as well as at the bank’s representative office in Moscow.

In 2009, he moved into a Director role at UBS in Zurich, focusing on high-net-worth clients and further developing his advisory expertise.

After several successful years at UBS, he joined Banque Pictet & Cie SA in Zurich in 2016 as a Vice President, where he continued to build and manage client relationships across Eastern Europe.

In 2020, he transitioned to 1875 Finance SA in Zurich as an Executive Director, advising high-net-worth individuals from around the world. After five years with the firm, he joined Trigon Family Office in 2025.

Jasmin Woertz

Jasmin Woertz began her career in 2004 at UBS SA, where she completed a traineeship. She subsequently worked as an assistant in the HNWI department. She then joined Julius Baer & Co. Ltd. in 2008, where she worked as an assistant in the Swiss private client business.

In 2012, she became a junior relationship manager for private clients after obtaining her license as a CFP (Certified Financial Planner). Three years later she joined Basler Kantonalbank as an asset manager.

In 2016, she transitioned to 1875 FINANCE SA in Zurich as a Director, advising high-net-worth individuals. After 10 years with the firm, she joined Trigon Family Office in 2026.
